Refund Policy

Returns:

Customers should reach out within 14 days of receiving their order. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, plus a 20% restocking fee. Those charges will be deducted from the refund. Items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition in their original unopened packaging, or refunds won’t be issued, Assembled Coilovers / Struts are not eligible for returns. Defective products or products with issues must be first discussed with Dobinsons in case there is a more simple resolution to solve the problem.

Customers returning items because they changed their mind, bought the wrong size, or simply don’t need it any more are still responsible for return shipping fees plus the 20% restocking fee. Used or installed products cannot be returned.

Anything shipped by truck freight will result in a 20% restocking fee, plus the original outbound shipping and return shipping costs ($300-450 approximately), due to the high costs of shipments by truck freight, on a pallet.

For products returned that cannot be refunded, the buyer will be contacted to either have the product returned to them at their expense, or the items will be disposed of.

Please email Orders@dobinsonusa.com with your order confirmation and the reason for the return.

Once you receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), ship the return to the following address:

Cancellations:

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@dobinsonusa.com. If your order has not yet been packed or entered the shipping phase, we will make every effort to cancel it. However, if the order has already been packed and is in the process of shipping, it will be treated as a return and subject to our return policy, including any applicable restocking fees. Special orders are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

Special Orders:

Special orders at Dobinsons USA refer to items that are not typically stocked or carried in our regular inventory. These products are specifically ordered to meet individual customer needs and therefore require payment in full at the time of purchase. All special order sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Due to the nature of these orders, lead times may vary and cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on factors beyond our direct control, including manufacturer production schedules and international shipping timelines.
