Returns

• Customers must contact Dobinsons within 14 days of receiving their order.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and is deducted from the refund.
• Items must be returned in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Assembled coilovers/struts are not eligible for return.
• Defective items must be discussed with Dobinsons first to explore possible solutions.
• Returns due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or no longer needing the item still incur shipping and restocking fees.
• Used or installed products cannot be returned.
• Truck freight items (shipped on pallets) will incur:
  • 20% restocking fee
  • Outbound and return shipping costs (approx. $300–$450)
• If a returned product cannot be refunded, the buyer must choose to:
  • Pay for return shipping to get it back
  • Allow Dobinsons to dispose of the item.

Warranty

Dobinsons Spring & Suspension™ will, at their discretion, repair or replace products found to be defective in materials or workmanship, as long as they are notified in writing within:

• 2 years from the invoice date for coil springs, leaf springs, and shock absorbers
• 1 year from the invoice date for all other parts

Claims made after these periods will be considered waived. Inspection of the goods is required, and they must be returned as instructed to Dobinsons or an approved importer.
